ive been having this issue with runemate from the start where i cannot buy credits ... it tells me my card issuer is declined for no reason same goes with any other card ive used it wont even accept funds straight from paypal... ive tried visa gift cards master card gift cards none of them work and im wondering what the issue is... now today runemate is telling me i used up all my 200 hours but its only the 3rd of the month? im assuming it hasnt been updated yet but i would like a solution to both these problems please otherwise i see no reason to further using runemate i spend more time looking for a free bot than actually botting and now i cant do anything... this is a good site and app i would reccomend any day if these 2 things werent a problem

Please read Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ to understand how the hours work. There is no restart at the beginning of the month. You can see your usage at Services. As far as payment issues, not much we can do. You should definitely try contacting PayPal because that sounds ridiculous, but worst case you can find people in General Market that will trade you upgrades for other currencies.
