Hmm. I don't see why not. specs wise it seems to be ok for $60. that Tekken 6 video looked okay. if botting on rs3 though I wouldn't recommend more than 2 bots per machine though, unless you can increase the ram on it.

I would advise testing the OS on a local VM before buying hardware to check compatibility.
