Why do botted hours go up when the bots are paused?

I paused bots on my client and put pc to sleep and timer ran in background...

How is this fair. I got 0 value from that?

the session is still considered active, therefore you are charged for the entire session.
Pausing does not pause the billing system just the bots logic
