i have a few accounts who grinds materials for gold and was wondering if it still is possible to make,
lets say 1k coal into paper and drop it so my member account can pick up and sell it.?

You cannot note items and drop them to go around the trade restriction.
Getting 7 quest points is the best way to do it.
