Looking to buy an account that has decent combat stats and can be used to RC at the abyss.

Specifically, I'm looking for an account that can survive the Abyss, has a decent Ranged level so I can wear dragonhide. Good mining level would be awesome. Good agility (40-50) would be amazing.
HP, Defense, ranged, mining, and agility are the skills I'm gonna be looking at the most. Has to be able to survive the abyss and use the abyss. Sorry if this wasn't clear.
