hello i have purchased some time for my client but i have yet to receive any of my time someone could please help it would be appreciated.

payment has gone thru from my bank account and still says i have reached over 200 hours.

Our subscriptions are automated against PayPal. When PayPal says the payment is cleared the hours are automatically added. If your hours have not increased after a reasonable amount of time, please contact PayPal for the status of the payment.
