Question Bought credits, still havent received them

I bought $10 credits last friday through paypal, and never received them. bought $5 with a card on saturday, and instantly got it. now a week later, i see the charge for the $10 has gone through, but no credits. any ideas?

Did you receive all of the credits yet? The payment system is automated, so as soon as the funds are received by RuneMate, your upgrade is given.
