Resolved Bought 300 hours. still at limit.

so, about a month ago i started using runemate again. and well i bought like 500 hours pretty fast and it was all good. got to use them (at least most of them alltho some seems to have dissapeared here, thats not the issue.) when i had used most of my 500 hours. i proceeded to buy another 300 hours. both purchases where single payment not recurring. i bought these 300 hours a few days back and used the bot for about 4-5 hours after i bought them. and well now suddenly the client/site tells me ive used 375 out of 300. meaning ive now paid for 800 hours and gotten to use under 500 of them.

i need to be able to use the 300 i bought.?!:!.?

and while im allready on here whining, id like to say that u need to change your hour counter to account wise not IP wise. why in the fuck would you count pr IP anyways! that dont make sense at all when we use a login to get into the client anyway. me an my brother bought 500 hours each at first and then saw we where using eachothers hours whenever hed come to visit at my house. so he had to start using VPN server when he was here to not use up the hours.

the hours are bought on each account not on each IP so make it better please, this is just idiotic.

i have read those, that does still not resolve the issue. the issue is that ive paid for 800 hours, and only been allowed to use LESS than 500. the 300 have not been put on top of the 500 they have just replaced them.
and yeah it says in the billing and service stuff, that you only open them up one month from the day that u last used them. but as i said. thats not the issue, the issue is that ive paid for 500 and the 300 i bought later have just replaced the 500 removing about 100-150 hours that i had left on the 500 hours i bought first.

P.S. Meybe dont mark it as resolved when it is not...

The first $2 is for the supporter rank, I'm guessing you paid $8 which in turn would give you 600 "bonus hours".
Could you screenshot your services page and post it here?

Sounds like your $5 subscription expired a month after you purchased it. That leaves you with just the $3 subscription, making your allowed hours 300. All subscriptions stack, so had both subscriptions been active you would have 800 hours. However, all subscriptions expire a month after they are paid, independently of each other.

okey, well thanks alot for feedback :)
i do belive that the full month had not yet passed, but its in like two days, so it dont really matter if it was wrong.
