Well, don't expect to be able to make an account, and suicide bot it til you get 10m.
When I make a golfarming account, I do tutorial island by hand, and randomly pick a couple stats to level to 3 before leaving tutorial island.
Then I decide if I am going o use GP to buy a bond for the goldfarmer, or leave it as an f2p goldfarmer. Either way, I spend around 45 minutes training this and that until I have a few stats above level 5. From there, I will bot it for up to 6 hours on one particular skill (goldfarming skill).
After that, I leave it alone until the next day. On day two, I do one of the several 5-15 minute quests and then spend a while training random stuff byhand (30-45 minutes) Then I Bot for 5-7 hours on the goldfarming skill. After that, I leave it alone for the rest of the day.
Day 3, I do another 5-15 minute quest, and then I bot a different gold farming skill for about 2 hours, and then bot the 1st goldfarming skill for another 4-5 hours.
From my experience:
If you suicide bot (bot 24/7) expect a ban within 2 days.
If you Bot 5-8 hours a day, but bot the same skill every time without botting/training any other skills or questing, expect a ban within 3 days.
I find that training every single skill by hand in small increments, and doing easy quick quests, and avoiding overnight botting highly decreases the chance of a ban. Within a week on one account you can comfortably bot for 8 hours a day, rotating between 3-4 goldfarming skills and only doing a quest/playing by hand for about 30 minutes every other day without getting a ban. Therefore within 2 weeks you can be farming 1-3m/day per account depending on f2p/p2p.
