OSRS botting overnight risk?

i want to bot overnight at monks for around 12 hours

what is the chance i will get banned in % ?

Your account's safety is more dependent on the skill trained (and quality of the bot).

I would say a skill such as fishing would have a higher ban rate than others due to it being a commonly botted skill.

There is no such thing as a "ban rate" or quantified chance of a ban. People just use the term in order to give slight hints if something is safe or not. For example, saying that "botting 2 hours a day is safer than 12 hours a day" is simply not true because it's not that easy.
Some people get banned after botting a week, some haven't been banned from building up a nearly maxed account with only using bots yet.
