Hi ive been having troubling with using my full 300 hours. I dont think I have used all of them up yet with looking at my usage. I could be wrong but I dont know how to figure out when my month is supposed to reset? I feel like i should have more hours left or have had my limit reset by now. Id really like to get this figured out before Dxp. Please try aand help anyway possible. This isnt the first time ive had issues with my limit. Thanks, Brady

There is no one day reset. You get the hours back that you used on this day one month ago. So if on the 11th of april you used 32 hours, you'll get 32 hours back on the 11th of may. And then if you used another 26 hours on the 12th of may you'll get those back on the 12th of may. And these add up until you're back at your cap, which for a free member is 200 hours.
