Seriously the botting hours are screwed,

ive run two clients for a while now, added a third to buy feathers for about 12 hours, and no other accounts..
why the HELL is it saying ive used 8 hours one hour, 11 hours another hour, 7 hours another hour etc?
Theres even one where it said i used 15 hours one hour, and 16 for another. I only upgraded $10, so max 10 accounts? Completely impossible to use these hours the way i have been..
Just checked my bank statement, and it says i upgraded on 21st October.
So i've used 345 of my botting hours in 3 days apparently? really?...
I seen the previous post about botting hours was met with a question about a VPN, and a question about if anyone else in the house /ip uses runemate, both answers for mine are no/no, my opera browser uses a VPN, but the actual runemate client itself doesn't, my IP's always the same, and its private. Nobody else in the house uses runemate, or even plays runescape for that matter so that too is a no, just confused how its showing that, and disappointed also.. Really wouldnt want to add more money in a months time, or to be short on this month for the same thing to happen again and for me not to be awarded/credited with the proper hours that i've paid for ..
