my botting hours are messed up i have only used 56 out of 200 yet it says ive used all my hours this month so please fix this asap as i am a supporter i pay u guys money but your not giving me what i payed for, this is not acceptable.

Judging by your forum profile you aren't a supporter (anymore?)
Perhaps your payment from 30 days ago ran out and you have to renew it again
