Hello, I think something wrong is with those botting hours... From November 20th of 2016 till today i've paid 26usd for botting hours. In total i should have 2600 + (400 or 600 of free hrs) but client says that i've to upgrade... so today i've put aditional 2usd and i got the same problem that i still need to upgrade... I've checked graphs og usage and they are not even close to the amount i've paid for:

I've read whole thread for payments and yes there is written that every 30days from payment day you need to resubscribe.

Hope admin will bare with my fail and transfer those 15usd to this month...

What Djoels said is correct, botting hours don't transfer over. If you pay for 2000 hours today your hours will get "removed" the 2th of February as it's a monthly payment.

Anyways even after todays payment i can't use client. Also there should be a note on main page that botting hours does not stack.... cause I thought....

Botting hours do stack. How much did you pay and when did you pay each time?

According to those screenshots you currently have 200 botting hours.

All of this is covered on the FAQ.

The hours that you purchased on 01-Dec have now expired meaning you have a total of 200 available botting hours. You just upgraded with $2, meaning you don't get any extra hours. You're current sitting at over 1000 used so you exceed this limit.
