How many bot accounts can I put to work with this PC?

AMD FX-8350 processor with 8 cores.
Hyper 212
NVIDIA PNY 970 2GB video card
Power source Corsair 750M
8 GB of RAM

on Fixed screen settings on rs client. i reckon 10-15+
I run about 10 on mine which is 16GB ram, intel i7-5820k 3.30 ghz & geforce gtx 1070 8gb graphics card and it maybe uses 30-45% processor power on task manager.
