I've been using one bot regularly over the past few days, and it's set to charge $0.10 per hour. However, there have been cases where it will take $0.10 every 15-30 minutes without stopping or pausing.

How can I remedy this?

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?:
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again.

If the bot breaks or doesn't work and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.

I don't have specific timestamps or anything, but it charged me $0.10 for starting the bot and then another $0.10 about 20 minutes after, despite opening a new instance and it taking $0.10 once I started it.
 
I don't know if this is related or not, but it shows I have 24 hours of botting one day when I absolutely did not. It deducted the full 24 hours from my monthly allowance.

If you opened a second instance (eg: running the same premium bot on another RuneScape account, for a total of 2x instances running at the same time) then this is normal. You are charged $0.10 per instance, per hour, when running premium bots (in this case Divine Magics).

Do you bot on a shared network or VPN, or have a housemate that also uses RuneMate? If so, the shared IP address will be combining your hours usage with another user on the same IP.

I only use the one account, I do not have any other accounts which to run the additional instance on. It was the single instance on a single account.

I was not botting from a VPN. I have no idea why it says I was botting for 24 hours in one day, I know that's not possible. Nobody else in the house would have used my computer to bot, as I'm the only person in the house that plays OSRS/RS3.

If you feel as though you have been charged when you shouldn't have, post in the forum thread for the bot you are using. It is at the bot author's discretion whether or not they refund you.
