You should post the error and check whether you have java 8 installed. Specifically jkd 8.40+ @Cloud

the error message is fixed buth now it opesns buth there is a message that says: we have detected you have a 64-bit operating system buth are using 32-bit java. please instal the lastest 64-bit java to insure best perfomance??

You could always install 64-bit Java.
