Have you installed the official RuneScape LEGACY client as shown in your log file?

RuneMate uses the LEGACY client, not the NXT client.

If you have, then the error you are getting in your screenshot is to do with the official RuneScape client and isn't related to RuneMate. You would need to contact Jagex's technical support team to debug it further.
