I bought the ezwinegrabberpro and It gives me that error when I just get to the chaos temple... why is this?

Firstly, post any issues in the bot thread itself.
Secondly, go to RuneMate client:
Help > View Logs
Post the most recent log file in the bot thread so the author can try to diagnose the issue.
