Question Bot stopped randomly before timer how do i get my hours refunded ?

Bot stopped prior to two hours when i was away it was setup to run 5:54 minutes and charged me for 6 hours of use as it stopped but was still running and didnt charging till i manually stopped it.

Post on the forum thread for that bot and include those screenshots so the author can review, and at their discretion, refund you.
