• Summary: After quest is done and you meet requirements, you have to goto Betty (Pink Dyes), then for Bagged Nice Tree you have to get it from GE for 3100g or flat price of 2000g each from vendor, Bucket of Sand you can GE/VENDOR/FARM. After all items are obtained you must have few Watering Can. FOR BETTER LOOK ON WHAT TO DO AND BEST RESULTS HERE IS GUIDE Guide For Zen. Basically cost you 55m gp or 90m gp at GE. Basically set it up to get pink dyes. The only entry barrier is pink dyes from Betty (Pink Dyes)
• Required stats: 65 Construction (Recommend to have about 55mill Merchant vendoring-85mil GE standing(Nice Trees) for 99/99 Construction/Farming
• Required quests: Must need The Hand in the Sand Quest done.
• Required items: Betty (Pink Dyes), Watering Can, Bucket of Sand, and Bagged Nice Tree
• Other notes: Can Get up to 250-300k exp hour for both construction and farming For Best results and setup follow this video (Guide For Zen)
