If I ran the bot for 12 hours (according to the payments made) and when I check my account xp, I gained only about 500-600k, is bot defection a reason for the time wasted to be refunded, or is this something that's just part of using premium bots and there's no compensation for defective bots.

I would post this in the bot authors thread but apparently he's attending to a project irl and unable to address some of the feedback I've given and I would suppose an issue like this as well.

If this is the inappropriate area to post, my bad.

All refunds are given at the discretion of the author of the bot.

If a bot doesn't perform well or has a bug, you should first try to leave feedback in the discussion thread for the author. If after a reasonable time frame has passed you feel this feedback is ignored, or if their response was insufficient, that is when it becomes appropriate to leave a review detailing your experiences. Remember to be fair, one negative aspect of an otherwise perfect bot doesn't typically justify a 1 star review.

While the premium bot system has some flaws, it's main advantage is that you're not committed to using a bot. You don't have to purchase a bot for a large sum and feel obligated to continue using it. When you're unhappy with what you receive when running a premium bot, your best option is to take your business elsewhere.
