Ive recently came across an issue with Runemate,on 30th Of oct i received an instance failed to start message due to my botting hour limit is over so that same day i made another order for 1000 hours (October 30 2016) and now (October 31 2016) the same message appears and according to my usage their no way that i used up 1000 hours already within that period of time. Kindly look into this please.

Thank you

@SuperBotter Yes on Oct 30 i did reach my limit. And that same day i placed order for 1000 hour, Between Oct 30 and 31st i used 116 Hours. Meaning that i have 884 Hours left until 30th of Nov

But it's based on how many hours you used between October 1st (30 days ago) and today. That's how it calculates how many hours you have left.

Between Oct 1st and today: 2K

but on Oct 30th i got the message that i finished my limit, and that's when i bought an additional 1000 hours so dosnt that mean that additional 1k hours i bought should be available for me to use until Nov 30?

Finally, I found the quote that talks about this (there have been 4 threads made about this topic in the past few days).
It's essentially just a rolling thing. Let's say you're a free user and it's the 14th November, and you've been using your bot for 10 hours exactly, every single day, and you just ran out of hours:
You've been using 10h/day, meaning you must have started botting on 25th October.
This means on 25th November (one month after you started), you'll get back the 10 hours you used on the 25th October. The following day, you'll get back the 10 hours you used on 26th October.

You can see your monthly usage data at Services, in the bottom left:

So buying the 1k hours as you did doesn't add an extra 1000 hours for the next 30 days, it just raises your limit, that's it. The system calculates how many hours you have left by subtracting the hours you used in the past 30 days from your limit.

Right now your limit is 2k hours (if I'm reading your posts correctly), and you've used 2k hours in the past 30 days. This means that you're at your limit and you have to wait to bot again. You don't have to wait 30 days because tomorrow, the system only looks at October 2nd to November 1st to determine how many hours are left, the day after it looks at the 3rd to the 2nd, etc. I hope this cleared some times up for you.

As I've explained in @SuperBotter 's post - if you used 20 hours on 01/10/2016, 20 hours will be removed from your "Hours used in past month" tomorrow. (As an example)
