Can you buy bonds in game for 07 or do you have to buy them in rs3 currency?

I doubt you researched it at all. They haven't implemented bonds in to 07 yet but they will be coming.

Bonds will be added to OSRS sooner or later - it already passed the polls. For now, you can buy bonds with RS3 money. If you want to buy them with PayPal, shoot me a PM and we'll arrange something.
