I am not asking about how much time to bot etc, as I know what I'm doing with that. But what ways would b e the fastest?

Might not be the fastest but it seems the most effective for me (especially when fully botting) and I've done it numerous times:
1-30 Troll things in that Burthorpe Cave
30-60 Gnomes @ Battlefield
60-70 Spiders @ Karamja
70-99+ Armoured Zombies/Abyss. Abyss quicker but I much prefer zombs.

Mage I just kill random shit until I can high alch then high alch until blood burst (68) and then abyss/zombs until 99.

Ranged:
1-30 troll things
30-50 Druids
50-70 Blue Drags
70-99 Abyss/Zombs

^this. Currently at 70+ for all three killing these exact mobs. Botting wise, they are the better grinding spots (imo)
