I topped my acc up $10, and did jad cave once.. before i had even started the bot had taken $3 from me, so iw as down to 7... i then did the caves is an hr and was at $6... i then tried to re do it again, the bot crashed at wave 21 and wouldnt reset, and now ive tried to go again but my credit is down to $2?

so ive spent $8 on 1 run and a half, when each run is 1 hr and its meant to be $1 an hr?

where do i speak to someone about this, or getting my credit back?

sounds like its literally all your fault, besides for 1 crash you can join our discord and contact the author who has a dedicated channel to it

So the fact that every time i opened the bot, it took $1 off regardless if it was used 1 hr or 1 minute is my fault? Dont be daft.

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.
