Before there used to be a ban meter, indicating when an offence would expire. I recently got a 1 day ban during my 1-99 thieving adventure 
Got pretty lucky as it was a pretty low leveled acc 22qp. It says that I will get a permanent ban if I commit the same offence again. But people who had their offence expired after 1 year and got banned for botting again were banned for 2-3 days again if they were lucky. Does this mean they now always permanent ban and that offences do not expire anymore like they used to? See the link below for more info.
