Cloud released (or is going to release) an API that makes it a 100 times easier to create mining bots on OSRS. I'd say it's a matter of days before one comes out.

Yeah I'm gonna be writing one soon. I hope to have MaxiConstruction finished within the next couple of days and then I plan on extending MaxiMiner to osrs and adding more areas for rs3
