• Summary: Using the Moonclan Teleport (requiring 69 Magic), a round trip from the Lunar Isle bank to the astral altar takes about 60 seconds, including banking and filling up pouches. To start out, players should withdraw a full inventory's worth of pure essence from the bank, and then fill their pouches with the remaining essence; this should come out to 52 essence per trip if utilising all four pouches. At 40 Runecrafting, however, it will come out to 31 essence per trip since only the smalland medium pouches can be used, which means only 260,880 will be made an hour. Nonetheless, run outside heading south and then east past the Suqahs, trying to avoid being hit. Once at the astral altar, craft your runes and then bank repeating the whole process. Also, use the NPC Contact spell to contact the Dark mage to repair your pouches as they degrade.
  
  An optimal setup for advanced players consists of Graceful clothing, Crafting cape, Desert amulet 4, and Dust battlestaff. Use the Crafting Guild bank, and teleport back to Lunar Isle to craft your runes. When run energy is low, teleport to Nardah with said amulet and pray at Elidinis Statuette, use a Teleport to House tab or Spellbook Swap to drink from your Revitalisation pool, or use the Clan Wars portal via a Ring of dueling.
