Summary: Be able to kill revenants in the cave with dharok. Needs to support getting to low hp, using bracelets thereafter to prevent damage. Also needs to be able to bank after a certain threshold and be able to teleport from pkers.

Required quests: Can do wildy elite for increased drops.
Required items: Full dharok, glory/ring of wealth. ~20 Forinthry bracelets along with an hour worth of overloads & a few prayer pots.
