Resolved Anyone else seeing the "Your gamepack is being processed" loop?

"Your gamepack is being processed. It will automatically begin in approximately 300 seconds"

This has been happening since the most recent RS3 update (01/14/2019). OSRS is working correctly, but not RS3. I've tried restarting my machine, and completely uninstalling/reinstalling both the RS3 and OSRS clients, to no avail. Also, firewall/antivirus is disabled, FWIW.

Apologies if this has already been reported elsewhere, but the queue count (386 gamepacks, and counting) has been steadily rising this morning, and I haven't seen a post about this anywhere.
