Sounds like you're having an issue with an individual bot? As posted above by others, post in the forum thread for that bot a detailed explanation of what is occurring, how to reproduce it and supply supporting log files.

Or if it is a problem with every bot, do the same as above however post in the Client & Site Support subforum.
