Resolved Agent Initialization exception

I get the "failed to bind to game/ Agent initialization " message
Also saying I used my 200 hours.
when on stats it says I have 15 - 20 hours left.
How can I fix this or byspass this?
ISit something I have to buy or buy more.
Its really frusterating..
Please anyone give me some info or let me know what the deal is.

theres no possible way i used 200 hours botting in a week, but still why does this keep popping up when I try tp use bot?

So someone doesn't reply to you ASAP and this site is trash?

The reason you've used all your hours up is because you use multiple RuneMate accounts. Doing so is against our rules and will not get around the hours limit.

If you wish to bot more than 200 hours on one account, upgrade your account status: Upgrade | RuneMate

Enjoy your ban and stick to ONE RuneMate account only in the future.

Hi, yeah I have the same problem and have two Runemate accounts because after I was locked out of two step activation I was forced to create a new account. I also have not used 200 hours, but I also have not logged into my other Runemate account in about two years. Could my old account still be the problem, and if yes is there any way I could delete it? I have not looked into your guys' option to receive more than 200 hours so maybe that is what I will end up doing. In the mean time thank you for the support.

Next time create your own thread please.

An old RuneMate account that hasn't been used in 2 years will not be contributing to you running out of monthly hours now.

Why are my hours disappearing so quickly? I haven't used that many hours?
You are likely on a shared network or using a VPN where someone else on your network has used up the hours. If this is the case you should speak to your service provider and ask them to give each connecting user a unique public IP address.
