How many times did bot authors get a bad review because the user was too lazy to read or even think before writing his masterpiece "review" ? I suggest adding in a button above the current 'Write a review' which says:
'Report a bug'
Once you click on this button, you'll be linked to the appropriate thread. It would be even better if this bug report template already gets filled in the message box.

I don't think this will work every time, but at least the user has the option between 'Write a review' and 'Report a bug'. If the user is then stupid enough to report bugs through the review system, @Arbiter you have a reason to ban their asses or award them with the 'Stupidest person of RM' title.
"Just report the stupid reviews" -> Yea we could do, but it's annoying as it is already, why not try to prevent it?
Thoughts?
