So, I used up all the 200 free hours. I was pretty satisfied so I bought the "Supporter", to give me 300+ hours. Anyway, I reached the usage cap even though I bought the Supporter thing.

1.) I only used about 100 hours, do I have to wait next month to access my next 300 hours?

2.) When I bought the Supporter pack thing, did I only increase my monthly cap to 300 hours? To my understanding, I thought I would have gotten a fixed amount of 300 hours. That's pretty whack if I have to wait next month.

3.) It's a good bot so I'm willing to pay anyway, If I upgrade my account will I get cock blocked again by the hours? I sure fucking hope not.

4.) Out of topic but, are free users able to use Runemate every month for 200 hours? Or are they stuck at 200 until they pay to be a Supporter/Upgraded.

2. You do have 300 hours, however your account used 200 already when you were not a supporter, any amount shown is total hours, not how much the package offers.
3. Not quite sure. This is a helpful topic explained how hours are used. Resolved - When do the bot hours reset?
4. They have a monthly limit of 200 hours, you as a basic supporter (3$) have 300 monthly hours, the higher upgrade you make, the less you pay/hour

You get 200 hours free on a rolling period, eg. If you use 100 hours January 3rd and 100 more January 10th, you get 100 hours back February 3rd and 100 more back February 10th.

Supporter upgrades your cap to X amount of hours. For $3 you get a cap of 300 instead of 200. For $10 you get a cap of 1000. One month after purchase your cap drops by the amount purchased to a minimum cap of 200 hours.
