A little help with premium bots

So I have a few questions.

So you get 200 hours free every month? So when you pay the 8 or 10 cents a hour. But does that take money and hours or just money?

Also how can I manage my wallet better? Like if I have a bot going while I sleep but it plays an hour and gets messed up so basically it stands there for 6 hours. But I am still being charged for that even though it isn't even doing anything. I know you can ask for refunds when things charge you wrong but do I need specific details like when the bot messed up and stuff.

Hey Asha

First of all, premium also uses your 'Runemate hours'. Those are separate form the Wallet. so it takes both.
When a premium bot fails, you'll have to 'proof' it had failed, by checking the log files to get a refund. but that is kinda the logic itself.

Most premium bots shut themselves off anyway when sometihng major goes wrong, but as slex said above, just check the logs and take a screenshot of your UI (the ui will display the gp/hr or xp/hr of what you're doing and if it's super low the bot author will know the bot was fucking up). I've never personally had a problem with a bot author not refunding if a bot messes up as long as you show them it messed up, so don't worry too much about that.

Also remember that you're charged the money for premium bot as soon as you START the bot for the first hour, and then charged again right after every hour. So you're charged 8 cents, for example, IMMEDIATELY as you start the bot, then again at the 1:00:00 mark, etc, so make sure you don't accidentally start premium bots up or start them up on the wrong client, etc. Save ya a few cents ;p
