i paid 4 eu on the 27th of december and it's saying i used 400 hours of botting... i clearly didn't. plus I payed another two 2 eu single payments 2 days before ..... pls some help

There is an Unauthorized Payment claim on the first transaction made at 15:47:02 Dec 25, 2016 PST with Transaction ID 7MG426049A000434C. If you believe this is a mistake I recommend contacting PayPal as soon as possible. They take such claims very seriously and disable accounts that abuse it.

I Have no idea . All I know is the last payment I did, I didn't use 400 hours. if u check well in metrics I used 400 ,hours since beginning of month, NOT since payment
