Question 2FA Working on site not in client

Hi, issue is as above.

2FA Works when logging into the website and sends me an email, When using the client however i don't get any emails. I have also tried google auth which also isnt working and i have also tried removing and starting the 2FA again.

I have also tried the backup codes in the client which also dont work, Pleas help as id like to give your client a go.

EDIT: I'm an idiot close this thread, Aprantly i have signed up on two different emails one probably ages ago without realising.
