• Summary: Perhaps best to start at the phoenix. I'd have 27 Signs of the porter 4 in my inventory that bank the feathers. Just mass click the phoenix and keep a eye on health, shouldn't have to worry.
• Required stats: 25 Thieving. 68 divination for the porter if wanted.
• Required quests: The golem otherwise you can only steal one feather.
• Required items: Loads of Signs of the porter 4 for easy banking.
• Other notes: Found this to be quite fast feathers.

I had one built into my old QBD bot, I might as well publish it when I get the time to. It used preset 1 to bank, so just have signs of the porter on that preset.
