i know my english is bad i pay 6 march and 6 april thats why i think there is a problem hours never drop to 0 :(

Hello savior, but i pay 6 march last month idk why the hours dont drop to 0, i already purchase 3$ more and just got the hours i purchase recently so Runemate steal me 10$

but the problem is.. it says no hours 2 days ago thats why i bought them then two days before says no hours again? i guess thats runemate problem do u know where i can ask for a solution? i just pay to use it then they need to put this work.... hate this problems when spend some money on it :(

thanks for the answer so if i dont want to add $1 how many time i need to wait for play? i just bought again 10$ because it says i got no hours and now it says no more hours again
