Are the sliders a percentage or are they actual number of HP? Also do I have to designate food type and if so where?

What exactly do I do in this tab though? It doesn't seem to eat consistently with these settings. Do I need to select the food I want to eat? (Lobster) or add eating as a task somehow?

The GUI is a little confusing. How do I set the bot to eat? I'm using it in OSRS for reference.
