Maybe it fails because of the blood ethereal outfit? Not sure which outfits are implemented and which are not. Leave it out untill robin gives you a better reply! :)

For me the outfit works, so i have no clue what is going wrong. Are you sure you are using the full Infinity Ethereal outfit? Tho i have to say i've got stuck aswel this night (never happened before) being on the first floor of the house north of edg bank. Maybe an extra failsafe for the bot to...

can just be an intentional miss click afaik. A bot will not do everything 100% perfect, else it would be just too easy to detect :)

When the leaf is done, it will go back to the root. Depending on what you have in the leaf of course (if the code is to stop the bot due to an error you won't get back to the root of course)

Doesnt baxtorian only support bait fishing? so no feathers involved if i'm correct.

i should consider leveling Agility and Mining a little bit if i were you. Those 2 are the most used obstacles in the abby's so when you'll level them a bit, your succes % gets up by each lvl!
