Rule of thumb is to check the forums after an update. Most game updates require minimal fixes as they're not engine changes but there are occasional revision changes that cause these issues. Not sure if this is the case with you, but I've noticed upon restarting an instance, ill need to move the home teleport to a different slot each time otherwise it wont detect it.
