For myself again what people have said both Cuppa and Hexis, However i must say Misfits has some scripts that are great for Irons.
Specifically ones i like :

Iron Con
Charter Crafter
Mikes bankstander
Quest chat dialogue helper has also saved so much time
Varrock museum cleaner
I have been playing osrs since the dawn of time and didn't realise i could disable the world hop warnings....... It's now functioning as expected. I feel like a bone head!
