the fix Sb603 posted works for me now, after doing it 2-3 times, restarting the computer in between uninstalling it all, and installing again

Never had any issues with runemate before, but after the update to 4.0 ive had this error Ive tried reinstalling, and restarting. Still cant get it to work. Any suggestions to what my issue is? Thanks in advance.
