I was able to do it. I was searching around the forums and I also read that delete the script line. It ended up working. I've been using the bots now for some time on my my alt accounts. very amazing!
Unable to initialize the comm bridge, I've restarted. deleted my cache, launcher etc. I've closed RuneMate as well.
