no one else plays runescape in my family and no vpn no shared network not sure why its happening

Hi I recently got runemate and it has been great but when I try to run 2 which is what it says im allowed to run at once it does not let me and states im already running 2 when in reality I am only running one. I am not sure why it is doing this or if in reality non paid members only get 1 bot...
