Does the client or break handler restart the client if there has been a game update? If not, what is the default action taken when the login handler sees this 'restart client' message? bump

I saw some threads mentioning a feature that sends a tray notification when someone speaks in public chat. Is this still a feature? Is a sound made when this goes off? Is this a client specific detail or script specific? Thanks

Thanks, I hope that this will be changed. Seems pretty trivial to do and currently I can't imagine it really serves a purpose other than getting more money out of users.
