Not sure what caused this, but the bot randomly attacked a rat near the willows in rimmington (in the store), it stopped cutting willows to do this.

which programming languages do you suggest I learn to be at the least, half as efficient as you when creating bots?

There's always a trade off, this is one I'm willing to pay for.

with runemate and it being a private bot as well as the scripter having other examples, wouldn't this dramatically reduce the chance of a ban?
