Lol, that would be extremely stupid. Something was wrong with the hardware in my phone, no dropping accidents, just a manufacturing error that made the phone not work, thus getting a replacement later.

Tried contacting them twice now within a week, still no answer. Just want my authenticator removed from another account, Tekalmightyy. How long is the average wait time?
